Tenant improvement for a 10,000 sf modern furniture retail store in Portland's Pearl District which included a new steel staircase to connect the two floors. The services (offices, kitchen, bathroom, warehouse) were placed close to the interior core of the building to save the L-shaped showroom spaces for the streetfront.
