Baguette Box

Design of a new sandwich shop in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The planning of this space was a direct result of a tight budget and limited space for a new commercial kitchen. With a maximum seating capacity of 12 occupants, we were allowed to reuse the existing unisex bathroom, which in turn provided room for a walk-in cooler.
